A Personal Invitation From Cassidy...
I’ve been working with the body since I was the age of 5. It all started during my first performance when all I had to do was run around the entire stage and then off into the wings. Instead, I fell flat on my face. I learned pretty quickly about having to get back up after a fall.
I danced professionally for many years and suffered from a variety of injuries, including tendinitis in both my ankles and knees, repeated strains, sprains, a concussion, and repetitive stress injuries, but I didn’t let it stop me. Now at the age of 46, I’m feeling better in my body than I ever have. I go out dancing 2-4x a week, enjoy hikes, an occasional bike ride and love the feeling of being able to move in my body without pain.
This brand new master class is a culmination of what I have learned over the last 20 years of teaching in the field of injury recovery and prevention. It draws from my own personal experiences and the experiences I have had with the hundreds of private clients I have worked with.
